On Monday, 5 July, the government of Bolivia, through Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca, announced that it adopted ISDB-T as the standard of the digital terrestrial TV. --- Click here 

On Tuesday, June 1, 2010, in the consideration of the recommendation of the National Telecommunications Commission (Conatel), the Executive branch in Paraguay issued a decree, which declared the adoption of ISDB-T as the standard for broadcasting service of digital terrestrial TV. --- Click here
